As I promised on Friday, I worked on my birthday gift over the weekend. Here's a birthday card I made to go along with the Post-it Note Holder in my last post.
My inspiration for all of this came from a card I saw by Brenda Keenan. I have a couple more items that I made, but I'll have more time to post them tomorrow.
Just a quick update--I forgot I had a tip to share with you on this card. The Designer Series Paper wouldn't lay flat when I was trying to tie the ribbon around it. So I cut out a piece of scrap card stock that was the exact same size as my DSP and I glued the two layers together. This made it so much sturdier and I had a much easier time tying my ribbon.
