I stamped the heart image in Versamark ink and embossed it with Silver Embossing Powder. Next I took a Metal Edge Tag and pulled the cardstock out of the middle so I was left with an empty metal frame. I wrapped a piece of ribbon around the box and threaded both of the ends through the center of the metal frame. I folded the ribbon ends to the side and then used some Hemp Twine to tie the ribbon in place. The ribbon is the only thing holding the metal frame in place. They were very simple to make.
I know what you're going to ask...where did I get the boxes? You can find these at just about any retail store in the wedding section. I've had these in my stash for a while so I haven't checked recently to see if they're still available.
Thanks for stopping by! ~Dannie

Hi, Dannie--
Cute little favor! You can find these little boxes in plenty at any Dollar Tree store. I have some, too and that's where mine came from.

I do know how frustating that feeling is. I also know that sometimes when you do have those projects turn out the way you want, you get a not so favorable response from the recipent.
I think it is just lovely and simple the way it is and I am sure it was very appreciated!
